Is the Galaxy A-13 a decent phone easy to figure out ?( I am stupid)..Or Galaxy A-23

Is there a usuer's manual/tutorial in the box?

There used to be tutotials on tracfone's website..can't find them.

It's ime to add more minutes to my LG phone so getting a new one is cheaper.

Hopefully all my existing minutes will roll over.

We do not have wifi.. so I guess I would have to re enter all my contacts, etc. manually.

Any help is appreciated.

Not familiar with either phone. Samsung should have an owners manual somewhere to download. If not, call 'em.

As far as wifi? Go to any place you visit that has wifi. Take both phones and transfer there.

I have the Samsung A-13 and it serves my purposes; to make/receive calls at home, browsing the internet, and a few games

All my minutes, contacts, etc. were tranferred very easily via wifi. There is a user manual in the box.

You must have wifi or how would you be able to access Tracfone's website?

I'm confused. Please explain further.

I use mobile data to access the internet.

have had Tracfones for years never a problem without wifi.

I have better service than my kids with expensive carriers..I live in the middle of the mountains.Wifi doesn't work well here.

Have decided to go with the Galaxy A23.
