I am not good at setting up new phone.  Can someone tell me what the long rectangle thing is that came with it?  Do I need to do something with it?  It has a charging cord too.  I'm getting too old for this stuff.

I had to look at the listing, but I think what you've got is a battery bank. You can charge it up and use it to recharge or power your phone when you're not around a charger and the phone is low on power.

I think you are talking about the case that snaps on the back of the phone. The piece to the left of the phone is a case.

The only other thing I can think of would be a portable power bank? The also make these flat etc.

They're handy gadgets. You charge them up and they'll hold a charge for a long time until you need more power. Then you just plug them into your phone and they power/recharge it.

ME as well.  Got mine at hsn.  Nice phone.  I hope to use it for at least three years.

Is the Galaxy A-13 a decent phone easy to figure out ?( I am stupid)..Or Galaxy A-23

Is there a usuer's manual/tutorial in the box?

There used to be tutotials on tracfone's website..can't find them.

It's ime to add more minutes to my LG phone so getting a new one is cheaper.

Hopefully all my existing minutes will roll over.

 We do not have wifi.. so I guess I would have to re enter all my contacts,etc. manually.

Any help is appreciated.
