Love my phone but...i tried an auto-fill/unlimited text and data package and now I cannot purchase only the add-ons option.  I mostly text so for me the autofill is not necessary.   I asked them to cancel the auto-fill (yesterday) but so far no luck.  I am assuming this is the reason I cannot purchase only add-ons.  They work fine for my husband's phone.

I used to have the Tracfone package in which I could choose which part to add on and pay for only that.  I could choose voice, text, or data, but now when you need to increase one of the three, you have to buy all three in a package. Not sure why your husband is lucky enough to choose which one but maybe his contract is different.

When you "talk" to them....do it in a chat window and save it.  Also confirm ask what your existing data is on your phone before doing anything. If you save that info in your chat, if your data or minutes disappear, you have a record of it.

I never go for the auto refill. I'd keep tying until they agree to cancel the auto refill.

Same here. The autorefill is just terrible.
