Tracfone customer servicešŸ™„

I've been using Tracfone phones for lots of years and have been pretty happy.  Recently I had a problem with buying time on the app. I texted customer service who texted back I'd need to speak (text)  with a different type of manager. The wait would be 173 minutes!!!!  Almost 3 hours. Of course I would not do that, who would? Never had these problems before Verizon bought them.  I think I'm going to Consumer Cellular like my husband.  Just a head's up. The CS wasn't stellar before, now it's impossible.

@MoJoV.  Sorry to hear that but the consensus was that service, such as it was, would go downhill.

I've always just gone online and added any extra minutes, etc.  Never had a problem.  I set up an account many years ago and I always log on to transfer to a new phone, too.  Again, no problems, not even since Verizon took over.

I've always used Tracfone with the Verizon sim card.  I'd like to get a new iphone as they are more lightweight than what I now have.

I've read online that, while eventually do-able, getting the Tracfone esim to work in an iphone is a lenghty process.
