Tracfone - LG840 TSV

I ordered my LG840 from the other network and received it the other day. I am a Tracfone user and realize their phones have limitations and that is ok by me because they are so economical. I did not activate the phone.

Anyway here are some comments concerning this particular Tracfone which may be a deal breaker for some:

Pros:

Looks nice, has a nice weight, compact.

Screen bright, touch response is nice, volume for the ringer is decent

WI-FI easy to connect, seemed pretty fast

Negatives:

If you text - this is not the phone for you - this is like the old phones where you have to hit the keys mulitple times to get a letter

If you use this phone for cruising the internet WIFI its a real pain not having a real ABCD keyboard, but rather hitting the keys multiple times.

My husband and I can't access yahoo email account doesn't seem to recognize the password - so back it goes.

The value for the minutes is outstanding, if you don't text and just use the phone for phone calling than this might be the phone for you - it has a slim profile and looks very nice.

Well that is my take on it..
