I have purchased Toshiba for many years, seldom had to use customer service. Ran into some problems, called them and they wanted me to return the computer to them.
Toshiba promptly sent me a return box with FedEx 2 day pre-paid label. They received my computer this past Friday, replaced a number of components, sent it out yesterday (Mon) and will be back to me via Fed Ex tomorrow (Wed).
Didn't cost me a dime. Toshiba rocks!
