Toshiba 17 inch Laptop Inquiry

I recently purchased Toshiba laptop ( while supplies last). The 17 inch model. I read where it did not have Bluetooth and followed an answer that recommended purchasing a Bluetooth USB dongle. I ordered one and received it, yesterday. It came with a cd to install the device and I did this part, successfully. This is as far as I know how to go with it. I bought this USB to have the ability to pair this laptop with other devices. Mainly, my Hp e-print photosmart printer. Have not determined if the printer is Bluetooth capable, though. Can anyone give me some suggestions, here? Thanks!
