At first I was on the fence about my new AT&T phone.  It takes some getting used to but now I am loving it.  Screens all my calls and allows me to decide if I want to accept the call plus allows me to block up to 1000 calls.  I found the screening feature has really cut down the number of spam phone calls I get.  I'm impressed.  Anyone else have this phone?

Would you please tell us which phone you chose? I have to get a new one soon - mine is quite ill - and I'm not certain which one I want.

I would also like to know which AT&T phone you're referring to and where you bought it.

I bought the cl82407 directly from AT&T online.  There was a discount too.  It just came out in 2017.

I have some of the basics down but there is plenty to learn in the user's manual.  You categorize calls and can "allow" or "block" calls among other things.  You can screen with the caller name and lots of spoofed calls just hang up when screened.  I'm still learning the features but it's working out fine so far.

The first couple of days I had the phone I hated it, but now I like it better than my old Panasonic which I liked quite a bit.

That sounds like a great phone!  If you are on AT&T's website and don't need a phone with four handsets, just type in "smart call blocker."  They have the same phone with different numbers of handsets.
