The best tablet for internet use and games?

I'm looking for a tablet that will most likely not be used as a reader at all. I have been reading a lot of information on a lot of tablets, but all that information can be a bit overwhelming. I don't want to spend a lot of money on a tablet so an iPad is out of the question. Any suggestions? Thanks!
