Thanks QVC and Halo Bolt : )

While I have used my Halo Bolt during electricity outages, I have never used it to jump start a vehicle.

This morning a realtor showing a house down the street returned to her car to find the battery dead.  I was able to help her out and within 10 minutes she was on her way!

This is a great product ~ I have 4 ~ one in each car and 2 for the house!

Just a "Shout Out" to QVC and Halo  ~ I was able to help someone today.........and that feels GREAT : )

Such a great product!  I've helped others also. And they're always so surprised that such a small item could actually do the job!  Congrats on helping out!!!

@Irish1210  Irish, you are more than welcome.  I believe praise should be given where praise is due....your friendliness and helpfulness is praise-worthy....

PS:  I have a Halo, bought it about 2 weeks before I had a dead battery....it was my lifesaver!  Was able to start my car and get to the auto shop for a new battery.  I have spread the word to others about this great little item!

@Irish1210  I looked at the halo bolt on QVC and there are 3 or 4 to choose from.  Which one do you have?

Thanks.

@Big Sister

I have E230549 ~~ when I purchased it was the TSV and came in many colors/designs, I see there is only one color now available.  I wanted different colors/patterns to differentiate which went into which car, which is kept downstairs, etc.

I would think it will again be a TSV in the fall/winter ~ It's on clearance now so they must be coming out with a newer model.

Re: Thanks QVC and Halo Bolt : )

Thank you, Irish for helping your neighbor. Doesn't it make you feel good. I helped a handicapped lady in the Target parking lot. I had purchased the old style Halo and kept it in my glove box. I purchased the new version (with the 3 prong plug) and keep them at home. The lady was asking everyone if they had jumper cables and they either didn't have them or walked past her. It was hot and I felt so sorry for her. I told her that I had the Halo and that it would start her car. She had a really old van with a van lift for her wheelchair. She said that she had frozen food in the van and she couldn't even get her wheelchair into the van.

She saw me get my little Halo out and was skeptical that I could get her van going. I had never used it before on a car. I had to read the instructions on the bag. I think I made her really nervous. I hooked it up and I took her key and started it up. While it was running she was able to get her chair lift working and got into the van. She started to cry and wanted to know where I got it and how much it was. She said that she would start saving up for it. I said here, it's yours. I have another one at home. You're going to need it til you get a new battery.

Did I feel good? You bet I did. And, you should, too.
