Scam.  We get calls from "Apple", "Microsoft" and now our "Utlity Co. (this one gives us a heads up that our power will be shut off in 30 mins due non-payment)"  all the time.  Ignore.

Received call yesterday, supposedly from Apple, telling me my iCloud information had been hacked.( If someone wants photos of my kitty, they can have them. ) it is a scam.

It's so rare that any legitimate company makes cold calls that I see no reason to answert when I don't know the number.  They can leave a message.

They are scams. Neither Apple nor Microsoft ever calls customers.

You are correct, neither Apple nor Microsoft make phone calls!  These are scam calls probably trying to get into your computer, IPhone, IPad, etc. or trying to get your credit card info.  Ignore these calls!
