Hello everyone! I have selected an iPad with Retina display. I was going to go with the mini, but it lacks the Retina display, which I want.
Some people state that the iPad is too large to take everywhere with them. So, they go out and get a "supplemental" item - a simple Kindle or Nook in most instances.
(1) Is this really necessary?
(2) Which supplemental item would you recommend? I thought of a Kindle paperwhite, but I read a lot of reviews and many complain that they have had to return it (some more than once) because the light is faulty, shadows impeding their reading enjoyment, etc.
(3) I already have a ton of books purchased via Amazon and my Kindle app, so I guess I will just read mine on the iPad. I am not going to re-purchase them on a Nook.
(4) Will an anti-glare screen help the iPad for reading? I know it is difficult to read with the gorilla glass on my smartphone sometimes.
TIA!!!!
