Any one know how to get rid of the Q's message at top left side of tablet that says "get the QVC app at the play store' ? 'X'ing' , the X don't get it. When you click on 'open' hoping to get rid of it thru that option just says "error code". Then, your back to being stuck with it.

contacted customer service they just said go to 'technical issues' and of course that problem isn't listed there. Just see it on the tablet, thank God, not on the desktop or laptop.

Don't really know the answer. Were it on our tablet, I would delete any and everything that had anything to do with qvc. Bookmarks/apps/history, and anywhere else I found it.

I would just use my browser for qvc and see if that worked. If not? I would at getting rid of it. Have you spoken with a rep that works solely on their online/internet issues?

Guess I could see if the young kid up at Target could get rid of it for me he's been real helpful. He's a whiz at this stuff he takes pity on us 'old' folk guess I remind him of his granny or something.
