TSV LG TV

This is unbelievable. I ordered the LG TV TSV and it has shipped. I looked on the shipping page here and it was delivered to my city early this morning..........and then it was shipped to a city that is 3 1/2 hours North of me. And this was UPS. I have never had any trouble with UPS but this is ridiculous. I am not amused.

This happened to me recently and it delayed delivery for several days. I didn't realizeuntil after the deed was done but, I should have notified QVC. I live on the central coast of California and my package was routed from this area to northern CA.

I have never really had problems with my UPS deliveries until recently. There must be systemic changes occurring because of the increased demands. Hopefully, once the turbulence settles, they will have a much more efficient delivery system. I don't get upset about it YET😊

From my recent experience, I've deduced that UPS is in chaos right now. I think they underestimated the demand for shipping due to increased internet shopping. It'll all work out eventually but people who wait til the last minute are going to be disappointed.

I've had a few emails from UPS saying they delaying my deliveries due to problems. One of those problems, they said, was a mechanical failure. I would imagine they are swamped with stuff to deliver and breakdowns happen.

I don’t have any complaints about UPS in my area. Always as promised and the drivers never leave my package in a conspicuous spot. Funny thing today, my UPS package arrived in a U-Haul! I went out to meet him because I thought they had the wrong driveway because a neighbor just sold his house. Driver said during the holidays, we are using extra transport to get packages delivered.

Trust me, whether there is a delay due to weather, accidents, road conditions, etc., people will be complaining QVC ruined their Christmas because an order didn't arrive in time. It happens every year and the complainer always says they were guaranteed delivered before Christmas. I always laugh.
