TSV HP Printer

Is this just another "cleaning out the HP warehouse" of this Printer? Not exactly an item that's coming FRESH off the assembly line. Looks to have been around for awhile. In the market for a printer that's gonna be Gifted at Christmas. Purchased a Brother last year w/o any problems, but looking at other options. HP seems to be a reliable brand. Have seen another $99 price point on HP printer on HSN with almost the same features, but different. Went on the HP site to get some reviews on this TSV and not very comfortable with what I saw. Since it's gonna be Gifted, I don't want Headaches, which I think may or could happen. I'm kind of thinking that this product, along with other electric products that the Q sells, may fall in the "category" of warehouse clean out for the NEW! Are there any PERFECT printers (wireless) out there at a reasonable price? Appreciate any input. Did look at BEST BUY reviews, too. THANKS
