"My Account" hasn't worked for about a week. I can access my information online, but that's really inconvenient. I've tried rebooting my phone and I reinstalled the ap. Anybody else having a problem???

Mine has had issues as well. It tells me to text 611611 or something like that but if I try it enough times it actually updates and gives me the current info.

I went into My Account Downloader app just now and an Orange (I think) message said to try again or call 611611. I tapped the orange thing again and everything was updated.

I've tried the texting thing but it just keeps telling me to try again in 15 minutes. The error I get on the ap says "Sorry the information did not load." Well thanks so much for stating the obvious. Pooh Bah ! ! !

Well, I'll be darned - it just worked...
All it took was posting on this forum and the Tracfone gods heard.

@SchippyLuv Mine hasn't worked for several months. In the past I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app but cannot do that now. My SO has the same type phone as me and his still works. It doesn't really matter to me since I rarely use it.
