I called QVC to get an answer on the megapixels for these sunglasses. It is not reported or published anywhere. The answer is 1.3. I wanted these to film dance showcases so I could watch and not have to worry about the missing the action.

I called the manufacturer after QVC was kind enough to give me their phone number. It appears that last year they had a similar version called the EAGLE.

I had to ask about privacy and she politely asked if I had a cell phone and if I thought it too could be used in a negative way (camera-video).

I am planning on placing the order since my purposes will be met and it sounds like a great way to film and still be able to pay attention and not worry about seeing it all behind a lens.
