For the last 3 days, I have not been able to access www.hsn.com from this computer. I get a page that says 'Sorry, there is a problem' and it says to call HSN at 1-800-3100 (might be 3400, can't remember). It also says to give them an ID# that is printed. They (HSN) don't know what I'm talking about. My husband can get them on his computer and I can get them on my little Acer 10" but I don't like to look at shopping sites on it. It seems as if it's blocked somehow. Nothing else is affected. Could that be possible and if so, how can I correct it. Hope someone can help.
