Hello all! Hope everybody's having a great Monday!
My question is I returned a Samsung Digital Camera I bought on Monday (Aug 13). Both on my account page and the 1800 qvc reps confirm that they see it was accepted by my post office, but they have no further tracking infomation other than me dropping it off. My question is I've never had to return something to QVC before. The camera was not working correctly which is why it was returned. Has anybody else gone thru this. They lady at customer support told me to call back Friday for an update and they would take it over.
I'm just worried because my Second Easy Pay payment was just taken out again.
