QVC is keeping mum about extending the return policy on the Touchpads. That's something they could easily fix via customer emails - guarantee "returnability" within a certain number of days after the refund decision is finally made. This is a bad sign indeed! I still can't understand why QVC can't use its leverage with HP. Doesn't QVC plan to continue selling HP products? Seems to me QVC is in the driver's seat here.
QVC, until this dispute is resolved, just come forward and guarantee that we can return these Touchpads if the refund is denied.
You'd restore a great amount of your credibility.
