My printer (HP printer/Compaq computer/Windows Vista OS) suddenly stopped printing a couple of weeks ago. When I try to print a document, a notification pops up that my "Spooler subsystem app has stopped working" and then that Windows will inform me if it finds a solution. Hasn't informed me of anything helpful yet. And my printer still won't print.
Any idea what this means and what I might do to get my printer back in action?
