I am asking you people, much smarter than I, how does one transfer old stuff from one's computer to the new one? My trusty HP is 7 years old and it is time for us to upgrade. I bought a Dell, windows 8, etc. My BIG problem will be data transfer. I have the click here thingy and will do that first. What I am worried about is that my DH is so attached to AOL because he is old and does not understand other mail options (we have Comcast) If I do the click here will it transfer AOL to my new computer sitting on my floor right now but will be active tomorrow, I hope. I think I have watched the Click Here presentation a million times and it never address just what the data transfer is. Pictures, yes I want that. AOL, never mentioned probably for a good reason since it's not the same thing. I'm just dying here because I have a full day of pure heck ahead of me. I do well in crises but I really need to know if anyone has used Click Here for anything. REALLY, please answer.
