Should i upgrade to Internet 10?

This may sound silly,but afraid of doing any changes which could cause me problesms

Am not savvy at all with pc's and need some advice.. I have windows 7 that was original on my Pc when purchased last year...

I also am having problems with Outlook.. I had windows live hot mail... Always ran smooth.. With this change nothing but problems...

Have to keep signing each each time.. Went to Microsoft questions and addressed this issue...

Others have complained about these changes as well. So far nothing is resolved..

Really a pain...
