Re: Should I upgrade to High Sierra?

@glb613, ok, will check out overdrive.  Does that mean you read on the iPad?  I love my Sony ereader.  Kobo makes a cheap ereader in comparison.  I know I am going to have send it to the electronic graveyard but I sure will miss it.  LM

I have an iPad, a Kindle Paperwhite and use them both.  When I can get a book through the library, I'll read it on my iPad.  If I can get an audiobook from the library, I'll use my iMac.  If I can't get it from the library, I use my Kindle.  I belong to a book club and I prefer not to buy a book but, sometimes it's not available from the library.  Sometimes I actually go to the library and get a book.

@Sooner, I have an appointment Tuesday at the Genius Bar.  That is one of my questions for them.  I think I should do it too.  LM

I usually upgrade when it's available but, I'm going back to Sierra.  When I buy a new computer, I'll get the latest operating system.  I can't get an iOS upgrade on my iPad because it's too old.  If I used it for anything sensitive, I'd have to buy new.  I don't so, I'm going to keep it until it's too old to work.  I don't use it much and don't want to spend the money.  I think High Seirra is just too much for my older computers.
