Sharp Aquos TV - No picture

I bought my TV in March of 2008 from QVC. I turned the TV on this morning and am getting sound, but just grey horizontal lines on the screen. Do you think the picture tube burned out or faulty HDMI cable? I am getting a picture on my other TV. This is upsetting because the TV is fairly new.
