I love our new tv (we've been without for 2 months waiting for a TSV), but the other day I was watching Netflix and the screen froze. I understand the internet could have frozen up, but the tv wouldn't do anything. I couldn't exit to regular tv or even turn the unit off. I had to pull out the tv stand and physically unplug it. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is this a tv malfunction? Should I call Sharp or what is the resolution? The internet should not have froze--I was the only one home at the time so the modem wasn't busy. Any thoughjs???
