Setting up Roku 2

I bought the Roku 2 and was trying to set it up to an older TV, but I don't have the 3-way connection on the back. All I have is the cable connection. It is not an High Def. TV, however, so that cable doesn't work. Is there another way I can set it up? Is there maybe a converter that I can attatch to the cable connection output that can split it into the three ways again?
