I am not very computer savy.  When I am scrolling down on my lap top the screen jumps up.  Would it be an issue with my mouse or something else?  It is driving me crazy.

@Pecky

Mac laptop?  Which one?

Windows laptop?  Which one?

Which OS are you using?

Corded or wireless mouse?  If wireless, check batteries.

Which browser are you using?

@Pecky

If your screen is jumping while scrolling w/a wireless mouse put in new batteries to rule out battery issue.

If using the laptop keyboard to scroll, it may be a comp issue.  You will need to check your scrolling preferences in your comp settings as well as the mouse scrolling preferences/settings.

Use another browser to rule out a browser issue.

If all of the above fails as well as suggestions from others here, strongly suggest that you post your concerns in the Dell forums/community rather than a "home shopping" forum.

Does it jump all the time with every program, or just web browsing? Some websites jump like crazy on my phone as they fill in stuff while they load. The QVC forum is one of the jumpier ones. If it's on certain websites try letting the site fully load (I know it's annoying to wait that long) then see if the jumping continues.

Thanks!  I put new batteries in the mouse and it works great now.
