Samsung Galaxy Note

I came across an article in the newspaper today that this tablet is being released today. It is a 10.1 tablet and they hope it will compete with Apple's IPad. The note will have a digital pen and a faster processor at the same price tag as the IPad. If this is the same price as the IPad I don't see why I should get this instead of just paying that amount for what I really want.
