Samsung Blue Ray player with apps

It came at 10 am to day and at 11 am packed up and ready to go to post office. It did not work at all, could not stay connected for more than a few minutes at a time. What a waste, this is the third item I have bought and had to return due to being defective. It is the last thing we are purchasing from Q from electronics. Rick D said he was getting one of these, hope he got the one they showed on air, might be one of the few that actually works.
