SD card shows incorrect info. Any ideas?

I have a new Canon digital EOS. The date and time are correct and keep correct time. When I copy photos from the SD card to the computer, the photo information is not correct. For example, photos taken at noon today show they were taken at 7 am today. The folder on the computer shows the correct date.

I have Windows 7 and transfer on one computer using Photoshop Elements, and on the other Windows 7 computer I use Windows Live or HP photoviewer. Same problem on both, so I suspect the camera is the problem. But since it shows correct date and time, I am at a loss to solve the problem.

Please help?
