Yes I still have the HSN/QVC channel too, but do not really like it as the products you can view are very limited Smiley Sad  I always order online too. but loved watching the videos on the different products..hopefully they will eventually bring it back..

@okaywitheasypay    Melvin the Mod sent me some possible fixes, which I'll try when I have the patience.  This particular Roku is only about 5 months old.  This is my third in 4 years. They don't seem to last long.

 

I'll try the unplugging trick too.
