Roku Help

I just received my Roku and set it up without any problem but I do have a couple of questions that I can't seem to find the answers to.

Someone mentioned they were able to watch QVC through their Roku - Can you explain how to set that up?

I'm also wondering if anyone has figured out if you can watch Lifetime, ABC Family or the Hallmark Channel. If yes, can you tell me how to set those channels up?
