Questions about the Hp All in One I purchased.

If Microsoft Outlook is not on this, how do I send e-mails etc? How do I transfer all my data from my old Dell PC and my inspirion Laptop to this?Is it best to have Best Buy Geek squad come do it and add the Microsoft programs if I need any?
