Question re Yahoo and Sign-in

Yahoo is my home page and I have always not had to sign in except for every several weeks. Well a couple of months ago, there was a Yahoo Upgrade which I didn't want but couldn't see anyway to proceed except to say ok. Well now, I have to "sign-in" everytime I come on board. I even check the box that says every-two weeks, and have gone in internally and done the same. A while ago, I didn't have to sign-in at all.

It is a nuisance. Does anyone know why this is happening.
