Question about depositing a check by taking a photo

I live in an area with dead zone cell phone service so I've not bothered to learn much. I keep seeing ads on TV from a couple banks that you can deposit a check simply by taking a photo with your cell phone and transmitting it to your bank. What is to stop you from depositing that check into multiple accounts at different banks?
