Question about Using "Bill Me Later" Option

Hello,

Ok, so I am looking to use the option Bill Me Later simply because I have a paypal full of money and I really don't want to wait the 2-3 days for the funds to transfer to make this purchase. However, I am looking to purchase an Slr camera (Canon Rebel T3) which I am skeptical about. So my question is, can I use the Bill Me Later option and if all fails with the new camera, will it be a hassle to return the item? When will I be charged? I wish QVC accepts paypal without the bill me later option.
