My non-HD TV is starting to act up so I'm sure I'm going to be looking for a new set soon.
My question is this: Virtually all TV's now are HD. I know that I can't watch HD programming on a non-HD set but can I watch non-HD programming on an HD set? I would have to upgrade my cable subscription to get the HD channels and want to avoid doing that if possible.
My only alternative as I see it is to try to find a non-HD TV.
Thanks!
