That is no small amount of money, they need to be humble and own their error and refund the difference. Especially if you have the screenshot proof.

I you look at the post on "Today's Special Value" titled "TSV no longer the lowest price...." you can see how they helped assist the OP.  Perhaps you can link up with the social team member on that post, by clicking on his post name, not sure.
