Hoping someone can help me!!?? It appears since the latest update of the QVC app, it hasn't worked right on my tablet.
I noticed last wk everytime I try to play video, QVC crashes. I thought it was my tablet, but I tried it on a cell & it did the exact same thing. And we have name brand gadgets. I have uninstalled & installed again, still doesn't work. I did see where the app was updated really close to the time it started crashing. Some pics don't load either?
Does anyone know of something else I might try to fix this? I AM NOT the most computer savvy person but at this point I'm willing to try anything. Thanks.....

I would try these things (if you haven't already):
Reboot the tablet. (I don't know how you do a hard reboot on a Tab, but I'm sure Google can tell you.)
Uninstall and reinstall the QVC App.
Check to see if you are using the latest operating system for your Tab. If there is an update available, update your OS.
If that doesn't work, come back and repost in the Suggestion Box forum.

@taginsc2016, The only thing I can add, when you have problems with an app it sometimes helps to look at all the recent reviews to see if others are having problems. I took a look, and I see several complaints but not any matching your specific problems (I could've missed it, though). App developers usually watch the reviews for reports of glitches, so if there are lots of complaints it's likely a new version might be in the works.
I use Apple devices, and my preference is to use the full website version, because I've never been that happy with QVC's apps (sorry, Q). But I can see there are some benefits of the apps.

Great points, @dooBdoo! Whenever I get a new version of an app and it crashes or doesn't work, I add/update my review to point out the errors.
I use the QVC app for live shows, quick searches, reviews, and some other things, but I do my actual shopping via the web browser so that I can go through one of the rebate sites.

I just installed the app and it didn't work on my Samsung Tab.

I do not use the QVC app on my Samsung tablet. I use Chrome.

the same thing happened to me today on my Kindle tablet. I haven't used it in a week so not sure when this issue developed but when I switched to my new tablet with a more current Android version than the Kindle the video worked on the app.

I have problems with it on my Samsung tablet and my Samsung Note 3 phone. Worse on my phone. It crashes all the time. I've tried reinstalling the app but it still does it. Most times on my tablet I just go to the full website. If you figure it out, please let us know. I've given up on it on my phone.

Mine seemed to work fine after I updated my tablet. Though, I still have a lil loading issues(slowly) & some of pics don't load at all. In that case I just play the video.
