              Mine seemed to work fine after I updated my tablet. Though, I still have a lil loading issues(slowly) & some of pics don't load at all. In that case I just play the video.

I'm having the exact same problem with my Fire stick. Started yesterday and I've cleared cache, cleared data, uninstall reinstall app but still says theirs a problem. Anyone know what the deal is. Doesn't work on either Fire stick that I own.

@PurdueGrad   This thread is 6 years old.  Surely the same problem is not on-going. If you're having a problem with the Q app, just use qvc.com.I haven't seen anyone else report such a problem here
