i put over 1000 a month into that account.. i believe i can cover 200 a month..

Obviously, you are not getting it- you have to have available credit to cover the total amount of the purchase + S&H + tax before they will extend an easy pay. Not just enough for a monthly payment - enough for the whole total. They do not charge any interest but they do put a hold on your credit card acct for the TOTAL amount - not just the monthly payment. If you biy something for $1000 + $25 S&H + $70 tax you can only get it on EP if you have available credit on that credit card for $1095.That is how easy pay works.

You didn't try to order a 70" tv, a king size bed, an ipad, and a MacBook Pro, by chance, did you?

OMG, I was thinking the exact same thing.

Your post made me curious so I looked at the FAQ's for Easypay and what you wrote above isn't what they state (unless I read it wrong) and they make no mention of a "hold" for the full amount:

http://www.qvc.com/FAQEasyPay.content.html

Please note that when you initially place your order, QVC will request authorization from your credit card company for the amount of just the first installment, not the total purchase amount.

It's doubtful the OP has $7000 sitting in the bank, waiting to be frozen by the Q for 6 months...{#emotions_dlg.sneaky}

Also, I would think these items could be purchased at retail (sales) for a heckuvalot less than Q is charging! Especially, the shipping & handling itself, could be a few hundred!!!

Exactly.

And W*T*H does anyone need an 80" tv for anyway? Are they going to return it after the SuperBowl. It happens. Ask Best Buy. {#emotions_dlg.lol}
