QUESTION RE REFRESH BUTTON

I do not have a refresh button on my tool bar. I am using Firefox. How do I get the refresh button? I have tried going into view, toolbar, and checking to see what can be added, but can't find the refresh button. I have Windows 7. Thanks for any help you can give me. Terra
