Hi. I can not get the Product Videos to play on my Macbook Air...does anyone know the trick? Thanks Bunches

The MacBook Air probably doesn't have Adobe Flash Player installed. Apple stopped loading this software to their computers because of all of the security breaches Adobe had (has). You can download this yourself for free, but make sure you go to the real Adobe Company site. A few years back, there were online sites posing as Adobe, making it look like you were about to download the real thing. Turned out these sites had people download viruses and malware. Once you do download this, during the download process check the thing that says you will check for updates. (Uncheck the thing that says update automatically). Another thing that happened with the security breach was that fake download notices would pop up on people's computers, posing as the real Adobe. People download thinking it was a typical update. Again, it was virus and malware. I use Adobe flash player on my Mac, but you can also look in the Mac App Store to see some apps available that have the flash player. I am not aware of specific name of apps to look for, but maybe someone else here uses something and can suggest?

Pay careful attention to the part I highlighted in bold.

If you already have Adobe Flash (perhaps the videos did work, but then stopped working), check to be sure you have the latest version (in the compter's System Preferences). I don't believe you need any apps on your computer (some people use them for their iPad/iPhone), but maybe I'm missing something here. It's late ...

If you have the latest version of Flash and still have trouble, delete browser cookies, cache, website data and relaunch the browser.
