Problems with QVC site

I am having a few problems posting on the QVC forums and wondering if anyone could assist me?

I am not too computer savvy, but I will try to be as articulate as I can with the problem.

When I log into the forums and want to post a reply to someone's comment, my screen jumps back up to the top of the page to the OP's first comment. Then I have to scroll all the way down to post my comment.

This just started yesterday on my computer, no problems on any website other than QVC's forum. This is the first time I am having this problem on here.

I also cannot generate a preview of the message I type, the message says "Error, cannot generate preview"

Any suggestions? Thanks in advanceSmile BTW: I use Internet Explorer as my browser if that helps?
