Was wondering if anyone has suddenly had a problem placing an order specifically here on QVC. It happened the other day and I thought item had sold out. Today I tried to order the TSV on line, clicked on color and amount, the timer spins like it is being added to cart, then just goes back to the item and cart empty. I went to another shopping site and had no problems. Customer service is not aware of any changes. Does anyone have any idea of what problem could be? Thanks for any help , Susi.

I haven't ordered anything in the last few days but have had problems with different sites in the past. Do you have a chrome browser you can try? It seems like the iPad problems are always with safari & when I switch to chrome it's fine.

Not familiar with chrome browser. Odd I didn't have any problem with Evine site and ordering. I have been having trouble with Q's search option for finding clothes in certain sizes too, all of a sudden. I was able to order the tsv via their app. Thank you for your response.

I just went to the customer care forum here, and there are about 6 other people with same problem . Wonder why Mods haven't addressed this problem. .... Susi

Google chrome is a free browser. You can find it in the App Store. Recently some of us had problems entering the Qvc sweepstakes from our iPads. I tried using chrome & it worked fine. I recommended this to other posters & they were able to enter using chrome. I have certain websites, from time to time, that act up- I use the chrome browser & it always works just fine. My health insurance website is one that I have to use chrome to access. Something you might want go look into.

Thank you Tribefan, have checked it out in App Store . So far only problem is ordering from QVC on line. Can order from QVC app. If problem persists ,or others develop, guess I will change browser. Hate to tinker with IPad too much, and cause other troubles. Just seems strange that it only happens here. Maybe I am buying too much and wore out order button...have to cut back!
