Printer problem.....

I've been trying to resolve on my own & can't find the solution. My HP wireless AIO printer won't print. When I try to print, the box that pops up about how many copies etc. does have this info: Status: error- offline. I think that's the culprit but I don't know how to fix it. can anyone walk me through steps on how to resolve?

I've checked on necessary files/boxes & there are no check marks next to "offline" THX
