Price change after you have ordered

Hello!

Not too sure where this would go but decided here due to the type of purchase I just made the other day. Has anyone ordered something then after your purchase (say with in a day and a half) what you ordered has been reduced to an clearance price?

I'm assuming you mean you ordered through QVC. It has been my experience that they will credit you the difference. Just call QVC's customer service.

I did call CS and they tried to adjust then tried to cancel the order but could not. They said they would send a message to Corporate and that it will be up to them.

I was just wondering if that has happened to anyone else since for me it was one of those whaaaat! I should have waited or something type moments when I saw the price change

Call them and talk to customer service. Especially if your order hasn't shipped........

I did that, the rep told me it wouldn't let him adjust the price or anything else and wouldn't let him cancel either. Apparently it was too far in process. So he sent Corporate a message about it and told me it will be up to them if I get the adjustment. As for wether it has shipped already, can't say as I do think their system seems to update status slowly.

You have other options. Return the item or refuse delivery. If you refuse delivery, contact the shipping company.

Once the item is in process, no changes can be made. Once you receive it, however, give customer service a call with the request. QVC will usually adjust the price, upon request, within 30 days of receipt. If you have any issues dealing with the phone rep, an actual letter to corporate usually solves the issue.

They should at least be able to give you a qvc credit so on your next order you can get a reduction in that amount. It's like them giving you a gift card and would have nothing to do with your current order.
