@gardenman@Jordan2, I totally agree with gardenman’s approach. Unintentionally, I have become the go to techie around here.
For the the last ten years of my working life, I ran my own business from my home. That forced me to try to solve technical issues on my own. I find with some research I can fix most issues myself.
And, yes, thank heavens for the factory reset button😀!
