I was interested, but it only had 8GB storage, not 16 which is what I have now and consider minimum.  They have a model with 16GB storage, but it wasn't offered yet.

I got my last phone for $199 from HSN, Galaxy II, and prefer another Galaxy, but they are too expensive unless you can get a deal like I did.

Re: Polaroid Smartphone

[ Edited ]

Be careful with "unlocked" phone claims.  Two years ago I purchased an iPhone 5S from an Apple store, "completely unlocked" and supposedly good to go with ANY carrier.  I went with ATT.

Recently I went to a Verizon store to switch, as I'll be moving to an area where the only decent reception is Verizon - only to find out that the iPhones are only compatible with *any* carrier starting with the 6S - mine could not be used, even though Apple said it could, the *hardware* is not compatible - which of course Apple didn't mention.

The one thing you need to know is whether the phone is CDMA or GSM. Sprint, Verizon and US Cellular are CDMA. T-Mobile and ATT are GSM. If you buy a phone with the hardware for one, you can't use it on the other.

Good info.  The Polaroid one was GSM, and I use Tmobile, so it would work.
